Welcome to Jet Ski Safari by Nautic Center Bol. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with our services, you have the right to file a complaint. We offer two options for submitting a complaint:

  1. By Email:
    • Please send your complaint to info@nautic-center-bol.hr.
    • Ensure that you include all relevant details, such as your contact information, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
  2. By Post:
    • Please mail your complaint to the following address:

Free Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer a free cancellation policy with a full refund under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation by the Client:
    • Clients can cancel the service up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
    • Refunds will be processed to the card used for the booking or in cash if the service was paid in cash.
    • The refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation date, in accordance with EU standards.
  2. Cancellation by the Service Provider (Nautic Center Bol d.o.o.):
    • The service provider reserves the right to cancel the service due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
    • In the event that the service provider cancels the service, a full refund is guaranteed even if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
    • Refunds will be processed to the card used for the booking or in cash if the service was paid in cash.
    • The refund will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation date.

Response Time

We are committed to addressing all complaints in a timely manner. The statutory period for responding to complaints is 15 working days from the date of receipt. You will receive a formal response to your complaint within this timeframe.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the civil court in Split.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, you also have the option to seek an out-of-court settlement through the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission. You can access the platform here: Online Dispute Resolution | European Commission.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions replace all prior versions. The Terms and Conditions were last updated in: May, 2024. Nautic Center Bol retains the right to change, modify and/or amend this Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes to the Rules will be published on the Jet Ski Safari Internet Portal; in the case of significant changes, you will be informed in a clear and understandable manner.
